Michigan HB 6329: Health occupations; health professionals; requirement for a licensed prescriber to obtain and review a patient's Michigan Automated Prescription System (MAPS) report before prescribing a schedule 2 through 5 controlled substance to the patient in a health facility or agency; exempt under certain circumstances. Amends sec. 7303a of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.7303a).
