RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
MAUREEN D. DENNIS OF SOUTHPORT TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Maureen D. Dennis of Southport to be a State Referee, to 2
serve a term of eight years from November 28, 2026, is approved and 3
confirmed, and she is appointed a State Referee for said term. 4
