RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF JUSTINE L.
WHALEN, ESQUIRE, OF BRANFORD TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Justine L. 1
Whalen, Esquire, of Branford to be a Judge of the Superior Court, to 2
serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both 3
Houses, in succession to the Honorable Cesar A. Noble, is approved and 4
confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for said 5
term. 6
