A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to aid in
carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 734, One Hundred Sixth
Legislature, Second Session, 2020.
Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $3,000 from the General Fund
for FY2020-21 and (2) $-0- for FY2021-22 to the Nebraska Liquor Control
Commission, for Program 73, to aid in carrying out the provisions of
Legislative Bill 734, One Hundred Sixth Legislature, Second Session, 2020.
No expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per diems for
state employees shall be made from funds appropriated in this section.
