Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Wauchula 12" Water Mainlines Connections 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 38, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2021-2022 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,873,348 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Wauchula 16
12" Water Mainlines Connections Improvements as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 38. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021. 19
