Kentucky HCR 108: A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION calling on the Tigray People's Liberation Front, Oromo Liberation Front, and other belligerents to cease all hostilities, protect human rights, allow unfettered access for humanitarian relief, and cooperate with independent investigations of credible atrocity allegations pertaining to the conflicts in the Tigray, Amhara, Afar, Oromia and Benishangul-Gumuz regions of Ethiopia.
