Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Stetson University--DaVinci Literacy Arts for 9
Title 1 Schools is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 59, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2018-2019 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,287,884 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Stetson University--16
DaVinci Literacy Arts for Title 1 Schools as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 59. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018. 19
