Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. � 1. That the 
 bridge on State Route 155 in New 
 Kent County is hereby designated the "F.W. 
 'Wakie' Howard, Jr., Bridge." 
 The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers 
 indicating the designation of this bridge. This designation shall not affect any 
 other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this bridge.
