RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF YAMINI MENON,
ESQUIRE, OF WESTPORT TO BE A JUDGE OF THE SUPERIOR
COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Yamini 1
Menon, Esquire, of Westport to be a Judge of the Superior Court, to 2
serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both 3
Houses, in succession to the Honorable Salvatore S. Agati, is approved 4
and confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for 5
said term. 6
