Kentucky HB 80: AN ACT relating to instruction in the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases and related matters. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 requiring the State Board of Education to promulgate regulations regarding human sexuality education; require implementation of a Department of Education-Approved plan during the 2019-2020 school year; set the minimum instructional requirements for grades four through twelve; require instruction by a certified teacher.
