RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER AN
EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF MARK
STUART.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period 1
of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this 2
Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Mark Stuart, file 3
number 24394 of said commissioner. 4
