Tennessee SB 2530: Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As enacted, requires an individual who fails to pass the examination required for an insurance producer license to wait at least 10 days before reapplying to take the examination a second time, and 30 days before reapplying to take the examination for any subsequent attempt. - Amends TCA Title 56.
