RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF DR. RYAN G.
FLANAGAN OF RIDGEFIELD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE
PSYCHIATRIC SECURITY REVIEW BOARD.
Resolved by the Senate:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Dr. Ryan G. 1
Flanagan of Ridgefield, to be a member of the Psychiatric Security 2
Review Board, as a psychiatrist experienced with the criminal justice 3
system and not otherwise employed on a permanent basis by the state, 4
in succession to John Bonetti, to serve a term ending June 30, 2029, or 5
until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is 6
hereby approved and confirmed. 7
