1.1 A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to human services; modifying provisions governing cultural and ethnic​
1.3 communities leadership council; amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section​
1.4 256.041, by adding a subdivision; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2020, section​
1.5 256.041, subdivision 10.​
1.6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.7 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 256.041, is amended by adding a subdivision​
1.8 to read:​
1.9 Subd. 11.Compensation.Compensation for members of the council is governed by​
1.10 section 15.059, subdivision 3.​
1.11 Sec. 2. REPEALER.​
1.12 Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 256.041, subdivision 10, is repealed.​
