RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF PAUL A.
WHITESCARVER OF GALES FERRY TO BE A MEMBER OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONNECTICUT PORT AUTHORITY.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Paul A. 1
Whitescarver of Gales Ferry to be appointed to the Board of Directors of the 2
Connecticut Port Authority, to serve for a term ending June 30, 2027, or 3
until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is 4
approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term. 5
