Tennessee SB 1711: Railroads - As introduced, requires railroad companies, prior to the application of an herbicide within 100 feet of residential property, to provide each resident of such residential property with written notice of such application no less than 30 calendar days prior to such application. - Amends TCA Title 65 and Title 68.
