An act relating to the Appropriations Project titled 2 
Children of Inmates Babies 'N Brains Family Supports 3 
Program; providing an appropriation; providing an 4 
effective date. 5

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7 
 8 
 Section 1.  Children of Inmates Babies 'N Brains Family 9 
Supports Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10 
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11 
in Appropriations Project Request 707, herein incorporated by 12 
reference. 13 
 Section 2.  For fiscal year 2020-2021 the nonrecurring sum 14 
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15 
Department of Children and Families to fund the Children of 16 
Inmates Babies 'N Brains Family Supports Program as described in 17 
Appropriations Project Request 707. 18 
 Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2020. 19
