Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Rales Rides - Senior Transportation Program is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 195, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2020-2021 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $159,520 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 13
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 14
Rales Rides - Senior Transportation Program as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 195. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020. 17
