Kentucky HB 214: AN ACT relating to a tax credit for donated edible agricultural products. Amend KRS 141.392 to increase the amount of tax credit available for donating edible agricultural products to nonprofit food programs from 10% of the value of the donated products to 20%; extend the tax credit program four additional years; state the purpose of the credit; require reporting; amend KRS 131.190 to allow the Department of Revenue to report information to the Legislative Research Commission; amend KRS 131.135, 131.618, 131.650, 131.990, 141.389, and 131.020 to conform.
