Tennessee SB 295: Local Education Agencies - As introduced, directs that any interest accruing on the balance of an LEA's dedicated education fund that remains unexpended at the end of a fiscal year must be returned to the fund balance and become part of the fund balance. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 3.
