RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS CERTAIN CLAIMS AGAINST THE
STATE.
Resolved by this Assembly:

Section 1. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 1
26270 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against 2
the state of Julie Lamothe, is confirmed. 3
Sec. 2. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 4
26530 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against 5
the state of Jose Vasquez, is confirmed. 6
Sec. 3. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 7
26963 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against 8
the state of Geraldine Graham, Administratrix of the Estate of Michael 9
Tyrone Graham, is confirmed. 10
