Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Blanche Ely House Renovation is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1029, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2018-2019 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $386,309 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of State to fund the Blanche Ely House Renovation as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 1029. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018. 16
