Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Bradford County PK-7 School is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 949, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2019-2020 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $13,178,063 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Education to fund the Bradford County PK-7 14
School as described in Appropriations Project Request 949. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019. 16
