A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE 2
ANITA STROUD FOUNDATION IN CHARLOTTE. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
Section 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Anita Stroud 5
Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization in Charlotte, $5,000 for the 1989-90 fiscal 6
year for operating its Youth Developmental Center, which provides a tutorial 7
enrichment program for children in grades one through seven. 8
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1989. 9
