An Act relative to the board of registration in naturopathy.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:

1 SECTION 1. Section 267(b)(ii) of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the

3 2016_ Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 30, the words
4 “controlled substance or prescription drug under chapter 94C” and by inserting the
5 words:- Schedule I-V controlled substance.

7 SECTION 2. Section 268(a)(iv) of chapter 112, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
8 inserting, after the word “equivalent”, in line 23, the following words:- state exam that existed
9 prior to 1987.

10 SECTION 3. Section 269(c) of chapter 112, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
11 inserting, after the word “board”, in line 22, the following words:- or a state exam that existed
12 prior to 1987.
