Tennessee SB 531: Registers of Deeds - As enacted, allows a register of deeds to store local government records, in addition to storage in the register's office, in a suitable facility; defines suitable facility as one that will secure records against theft and natural disasters. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 13, Part 1.
