embracing her as one of their own alongside her cousins. Throughout her life,
she has remained deeply devoted to her family, always offering love, guidance,

2020, she joined Propylon as a business analyst and, in July 2023, was promoted
to senior business analyst, where she has mentored and led teams of mid-tier
and associate business analysts; and

Whereas, through her work
with Propylon, Ms. Young began collaborating with the House, the Senate, Legislative
Council, and LSA, mastering the former drafting system while helping to design,
develop, and administer the PALMS Project, a modern and more efficient drafting
system. As a key leader in the project's implementation, she dedicated
countless hours, late nights, and unwavering effort to ensuring its success.
Throughout her years of service on the project, she has been known for her
professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist others, consistently going
above and beyond in service to her colleagues and the State of South Carolina;
