A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE GREENVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT TO 2
ACQUIRE A NEW FIRE TRUCK. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 5
Budget and Management the sum of six hundred ninety thousand dollars ($690,000) in 6
nonrecurring funds for the 2025-2026 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the City of 7
Greenville to acquire a new fire truck. 8
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 9
