Tennessee SB 671: Firearms and Ammunition - As introduced, creates within the TBI a voluntary "Do Not Sell" registry on which a person may place or remove their name; creates criminal offense of transferring a firearm to anyone on the registry; makes registry confidential and creates civil cause of action for inquiring or taking action against a person based on the registry. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
