Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,4

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $108,807 from the1
General Fund for FY2021-22 and (2) $188,172 from the General Fund for2
FY2022-23 to the State Department of Education, for Program 25, to aid in3
carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 452, One Hundred Seventh4
Legislature, First Session, 2021.5
Total expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per6
diems from funds appropriated in this section shall not exceed $61,6967
for FY2021-22 or $64,164 for FY2022-23.8
