Tennessee SB 644: Criminal Offenses - As enacted, clarifies it is not a defense to certain offenses that the solicitation was unsuccessful, that the conduct solicited was not engaged in, or that the law enforcement officer could not engage in the solicited offense. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13.
