An act relating to Nassau County; repealing chapters 2
61-2525 and 69-1331, Laws of Florida, relating to the 3
Nassau County Recreation and Water Conservation and 4
Control Act; abolishing the Nassau County Recreation 5
and Water Conservation and Control District No. 1; 6
transferring all assets and liabilities of the 7
district to the Board of County Commissioners of 8
Nassau County; providing an effective date. 9

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11

Section 1. Chapters 61-2525 and 69-1331, Laws of Florida, 13
are repealed. 14
Section 2. The Nassau County Recreation and Water 15
Conservation and Control District No. 1 is abolished. All assets 16
and liabilities of the district are transferred to the Board of 17
County Commissioners of Nassau County. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 19
