Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Broward Forensic Alternative Center for Acute 9
Care Services is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 273, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2020-2021 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,795,593 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Broward 16
Forensic Alternative Center for Acute Care Services as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 273. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020. 19
