Guam R -194-37: Relative to recognizing the cooperation of citizens from Guam and Japan in the restoration and re-dedication of the Guam Chinkon Shrine (Guam Sea of Souls Shrine) in honor of the sacrifices experienced by both combatants and civilians during the hostilities on Guam in World War II, and as a means of promoting regional peace and understanding in the Asia-Pacific in the twenty-first (21st) century.
