RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER'S
COMPENSATION AWARD TO LEROY HARRIS WITH RESPECT TO
HIS CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE FOR WRONGFUL
INCARCERATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 25900 of 1
said commissioner, that compensation in the amount of seven million 2
five hundred thousand dollars, payable from the adjudicated claims 3
account of the General Fund, be awarded to Leroy Harris with respect 4
to his claim against the state for wrongful incarceration, is confirmed. 5
