Tennessee SB 1520: Pensions and Retirement Benefits - As enacted, allows members of the Tennessee consolidated retirement system to obtain creditable service for prior service while a participating member of a retirement system of a city, metropolitan government, county, utility district, or other political subdivision. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 8.
