calendaryear.PursuanttotheConsolidatedAppropriations8
Actof2008,theUnitedStatesenvironmentalprotectionagency9
(EPA)hasstartedconductingannualstatewidegreenhousegas10
inventories.Theseinventoriescovertheyearpriortothe11
previousyear.Thebillchangesthetimeframecoveredbythe12
reporttoincludeemissionsthatoccurredtwocalendaryears13
priortothecurrentcalendaryeartoalignwithEPA’sschedule14
andallowstheEPAinventory,ifcompleted,tofulfillthe15

Asaresultofadministrativecoderealignment,rules17
relatingtoemissionfeesandoperatingpermitspreviouslyin18
