A N A C T
RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Joyce St. 1
Germaine, Justice of the Peace, Connecticut, may join Elizabeth Grzebien and Robert 2
Grandchamp in marriage within the City of Warwick, Rhode Island, on or about August 4, 2017. 3
Joyce St. Germaine is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in 4
marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled 5
"Solemnization of Marriages." 6
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 7
