twenty-fiveyearsoldoroldermay4
beregisteredasanantiquesnowmobileforaone-timefee5
oftwenty-fivedollars,whichshallexempttheownerfrom6
annualregistrationandfeerequirementsforthatsnowmobile.7
However,ifownershipofanantiquesnowmobileistransferred,8
thenewownershallregisterthesnowmobileandpaythe9
one-timefeeasrequiredunderthissubsection.Anantique10
snowmobilemayberegisteredwithonlyasignedbillofsaleas11
evidenceofownership.12

Undercurrentlaw,theownerofasnowmobilemanufactured16
priorto1984mayregisterthesnowmobileasanantique.The17
one-timefeeforanantiquesnowmobileregistrationis$25and18
thereaftertheownerofthesnowmobileisexemptfromother19
annualregistrationandfeerequirements.20
Thisbillauthorizesasnowmobile25yearsoldoroldertobe21
registeredasanantiquesnowmobile.22
