Tennessee SB 1054: Child Custody and Support - As enacted, permits the department of human services to issue an administrative order for seizure of up to 50 percent of an inmate's commissary or similar account in order to satisfy the inmate's overdue child support obligation. - Amends TCA Title 36 and Title 41.
