A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE NORTH CAROLINA HOUSING 2
TRUST FUND. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
Section 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the North Carolina 5
Housing Trust Fund the sum of $2,000,000 for the 1991-92 fiscal year to be deposited 6
into the Housing Trust Fund for any of the purposes set forth in G.S. 122E-8. 7
Sec. 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 1991. 8
