A bill to be entitled 1 
An act relating to the Appropriations Project titled 2 
Sunrise - Environmental Sustainability Through 3 
Facility Energy; providing an appropriation; providing 4 
an effective date. 5

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7 
 8 
 Section 1.  Sunrise - Environmental Sustainability Through 9 
Facility Energy is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10 
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11 
in Appropriations Project Request 681, herein incorporated by 12 
reference. 13 
 Section 2.  For fiscal year 2019-2020 the nonrecurring sum 14 
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15 
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Sunrise - 16 
Environmental Sustainability Through Facility Energy as 17 
described in Appropriations Project Request 681. 18 
 Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2019. 19
