Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Keys Community College - Housing for 9
Project Access Students is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 528, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2019-2020 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Florida Keys Community 16
College - Housing for Project Access Students as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 528. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019. 19
