Tennessee SB 259: Child Custody and Support - As enacted, adds to the child support advisory group two attorneys appointed by the commissioner of human services, one of whom will be an advocate for child support obligors and one of whom will be an advocate for child support obligees. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 1.
