RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
MICHAEL WU OF CANTON TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Michael Wu of Canton to be a State Referee, to serve a term 2
of eight years from May 3, 2026, is approved and confirmed, and he is 3
appointed a State Referee for said term. 4
