BeitEnactedbytheSenateandHouseofRepresentativesinGeneralCourtconvened:
1BudgetCommitteeMembership.AmendRSA32:15,I(b)toreadasfollows:
(b)Onememberofthegoverningbodyofthemunicipalityand,ifthemunicipalityisa
town,onememberoftheschoolboardofeachschooldistrictwhollywithinthetownandonemember
ofeachvillagedistrictwhollywithinthetown,allofwhomshallbeappointedbytheirrespective
boardstoserveforatermofoneyearanduntiltheirsuccessorsarequalified,whoshallserveon
thebudgetcommitteeinanex-officio,non-votingcapacity.Eachsuchmembermaybe
representedbyanalternatememberdesignatedbytherespectiveboard,whoshallserve,when
sitting,[have]inthesameex-officio,non-votingcapacity[authority]astheregularmember.
